- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of vodka
- 1 package of green gelatin (3 oz)
- 1 can of canned lychee fruit
- 1 small jar of blueberries
- 1 cup of whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the green gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of vodka to the gelatin mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into shot glasses, filling them halfway.
- Place the shot glasses in the refrigerator and let them set for about 2 hours.
- Once set, take the lychee fruit and place one blueberry inside each lychee to create the ‘eyeball’.
- Carefully place one ‘eyeball’ on top of each jello shot.
- For an extra spooky touch, top with whipped cream if desired.
