Ingredients
Scale
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
Prepare a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat each chicken piece in flour, then dip into the eggs, and finally coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add grated Parmesan to the breadcrumb mixture.
Avoid overcrowding the basket to ensure even crisping.
