A delicious twist on traditional tiramisu using Biscoff cookie butter for a rich and creamy dessert without the need for ladyfingers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Biscoff cookie butter, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Biscoff mixture until well combined.
  4. Dip each cookie into the brewed coffee briefly and layer them in a serving dish.
  5. Spread half of the Biscoff mixture over the cookies.
  6. Add another layer of dipped cookies followed by the remaining Biscoff mixture.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
  • Allowing the tiramisu to chill overnight enhances the flavors.
  • Feel free to add chocolate shavings on top for extra decoration.
